Founded Mid 1800’s by T. S. Edwards
Reorganised as Midway Distilling Company after bankrupt in 1915.
The production was stopped during prohibition (which didn’t stop the plant from being destroyed by fire in 1925).
After the prohibition the distillery was rebuilt as Woodford County Distilling Company.
Renamed to Park & Tilford during the second world war.
