Highland Park Distillery

Founded 1798 by Magnus Eunson

The distillery has 2 pairs of stills, and the water comes from Cattie Maggie’s Spring. It was silent 1918 – 1937.

The distillery have the honour of being the northernmost scottish distillery.

The distillery may have the oldest family of distillery mousers. Until recently, the two brothers Malt and Barley were the latest mousers of a long line – the family line may even trace back to the establishment of the distillery! With Malt unfortunately gone to the eternal rodent fields, his place has been taken by Peat.
